Use of Services

• Property Listings: "Roof" provides property listings and information for users' convenience. We do not own or manage the properties listed. Users are solely responsible for any transactions or agreements related to property rental.
• Visit Requests: Users can send visit requests to property owners. Upon receiving a visit request, both users will be able to communicate through the app's chat feature to finalize scheduling.
• Notifications: Users will receive push notifications and in-app notifications regarding scheduled visits, reminders, and follow-up inquiries about the success of the visit.
• User Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly when using the App. You agree not to post or engage in any content or conduct that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.

Termination

"Roof" reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice for any violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the App are owned by or licensed to "Roof." You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
